We stayed with Dante 11 guesthouse a week prior and it was amazing. The room we had last night was definitely a let down when we had such a good experience the week before in a different room. The shower had no where to put your soap, etc. it looked like it had fallen off or come off the wall of the shower. The drain in the shower did not drain properly, and it looked like there was mold around the shower on the tile outside of the shower. We found a hair on one of the pillows and one of the pillows had no pillow case so it wasn’t sanitary to use. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable and so was the other bed. Both my husband and I woke up with sore backs.

Facilities clean and convenient although a bit noisy at night. There was a rooftop facility across the street and it was a bit loud at night. Other than that, good location and had all we needed for a 4 night stay in Bari.

Spacious room. No front desk but excellent instructions how to get into the room. Immediate reply by WhatsApp to a question a had. I would return to this guest house.

The room was dirty and the walls in the bathroom were splashed with disgusting things. The bed had bed bugs in it and I woke up with lots of bug bites all over my body. I didn’t even get in the bed covers because they had stains in it!
It was a very unpleasant experience and I wasn’t able to enjoy it at all!!! Couldn’t t wait to leave this room and we checked out around 4am and just left to our train station because of that.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation in an excellent location close to all the main sights, amenities and the railway station. It is in a busy area of the city so feels safe but is consequently noisy during the day although quiet at night. Having a balcony was an unexpected bonus. Would have been a 5 rating except for some obvious minor maintenance needed and the close proximity of the other guests through the adjoining door. We could hear them snoring and they would hear us times 10! The other annoyance was the frequent pressing of our downstairs entry system bell by other residents in the block at all times of day and night.
