Staying at the Brian hotel was an excellent experience. From the awesome breakfast to the friendly staff, there was nothing but top-notch service provided. We would definitely recommend this to anybody staying in the Barrie area of Italy.

No food available till after 7pm . Nothing close by. No access to anything.

Dear Maryse,thank you for the review. You are able since time of booking to see what is there around the location. Rate us without see before what you did choose is not correct. Resaturants in Italy open from 7:00 PM, it is an Italian habit but we will work to improve the time of dinner.

This property is in the middle of nowhere. The property is not equipped to handle large groups or person coming from overseas with a flight landing early. Breakfast food was descent. Dinner not so good. Second night bought food from outside. Also there was an error with booking thru Expedia had to pay an extra day and they would not refund back the day that was not being used as I was leaving for a cruise. They stated expedia had to request back the money (which they did) and they denied the refund. shuttle they advertised was unavailable as they only have a small van that can carry only 7 people as big as the hotel is. Most of us had to pay $45 for a taxi from airport. Again this place is fit mainly for locals with their accommodations not fir persons traveling from overseas.

We are very well organized to host groups and we did all time of the year, provided that groups are informing us about necessity and their planning.See you soon in hotel again.

We booked a one night stay here after the ferry crossing from Dubrovnik and had low expectations after reading previous reviews.
How wrong they were, yes this is on a busy road but we could barely hear the traffic and being close to the road meant we had an easy drive from the port. The room as super comfortable, very clean and the service great. We ate a lovely meal in the rooftop restaurant and were rewarded with a fabulous sunset, and the breakfast the next morning had one of the best cups of coffee we had during our month long trip round Europe.

We had a nice stay. Lots of hidden gems (beaches, bars, food) within a short drive of the hotel.
