It's very sketchy at first. There is no reception and you're not made aware of how to check-in until AFTER you've made a reservation. You have to stand on the street and call the property who then buzzes you in the gate, stand outside rhe building and they buzz you in the building, walk up a flight of stairs and they give you a code to enter to open that door, then they tell you which room your in and you find a full set of keys hanging on the inside. You have to walk this Maxwell Smart labyrinth of doors anytime you come and go without the need to call again. At check-out you're told to lock the room and leave your keys at the desk by the self-locking door and follow the instructions on how to get out to the street which there are no instructions. There's an obscure button to open the gate. There is no room cleaning during your stay.
It was a nice and clean room and the staff are friendly. It just feels sketchy and not typical for what travelers are or would expect.
The whole process should be stated upfront before booking.

Check in was messy and complicated. No staf on site. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Shower tiny. Homeless rough sleeping outside.

Lovely modern room and great to get extras like snacks! I found the street though that we were on to feel quite unsafe and not very nice. It was also very noisy in the mornings from traffic outside. I think the place is perfect if you want to be by the station as it’s opposite but wouldn’t stay any longer than 1 night

It was a lovely room! Had a lot of problems getting into the hotel but that was only because Expedia didn’t send the message not the hotels fault or staffs fault! It is not like a normal hotel, you have to be buzzed in through a gate, which is where my confusion came from!
