This was a completely terrible experience. First the day I was going to check in the hotel manager called me to ask me whattime i was giing to arrive. Then i was informed that there may not be staff on hand to check out with so I should lock my key in my roomwhen checking out. When i arrived the front desk couldn't find my prepaid reservation. After calling someone on the phone all in a language I couldn't understand they found my reservation. I went to the room and dropped of my luggage and went to eat. When i came back i inspected the room and it was filthy. Hair in the sheets, the floor was slick, there were stains all over the matress. The towels had streaksof something on them like it didnt come out in the wash. The sheets were tissue paper thin. At this point I didnt want to fight again in a foreign language so i just checked out and left.

Covers the basics & it's clean but that's it. My room had no tissues & no iron. I was in town on business & couldn't iron the outfit I packed. It's allergy season & there were no tissues. The blankets aren't much thicker than tissues but that isn't any help. To make matters worse, I had a family emergency & had to leave a day early and when I was checking out, the front desk staff tells me, 'Well, you booked online thru a third party site and we've already paid them their commission.' Ok, sure, I get that. But I was literally going back because a family member was in a medical crisis. Don't make my early check out about *your commission*.

Hello ShawnaSorry for uncomfortable.Iron and iron bord we provided from office. we did not keep tissues in room also. If guest early checkout we are happy to refund. Ther is not a commission issue. No one say like this. This is wrong.

We were expecting southern hospitality. Instead, we had to search for someone to check us in. Finally, we were checked in with out on smile to be seen. Thankfully, the room was clean, and the location is perfect. Just don't have high expectations.

If you want a good bed in a nice location with no big frills but quiet and comfortable, this place is for you.

I room was quiet and clean. The air conditioner was very cold, but a little bit loud. The pool was already closed for the season. A little too early. There were many guests who would have enjoyed a swim on the 90° day

the place was great for being so close to the Kentucky Bourbon Fest. Its old though. Nothing fancy. But, TV worked. AC worked GREAT. and shower was strong and hot all day. Toilets are extremely low.

I booked online and they had the audacity to tell us next time pay inside, and stop paying online. we like to save money, that’s what the app is for. Checkout time is not 11 it’s more like 9:30-10 and sometimes if they are feeling nice it’s 10:30. But the place itself is nice. Well kept up with and clean.
