"The staff were really friendly and helpful when they let us in and gave us our room key. However; the aircon was not working and the room was very unclean and swarming with bugs. "This stunning hotel checked all the boxes for us. We only stayed one night, and we wished we would have been able to spend more time here. The spa was heavenly.
