"Arrived when Guestify office open so checked in with a person. I did see a lock box next to our apartment so I would guess check in easy even after hours. Staff very helpful and had great info on Porto on our arrival. The only problem was we had booked and had confirmed a specific apartment through Hotels.com but we were moved to a different apartment at the front of the building so could be a bit noisy. "What an awesome experience staying at this property. The staff were amazing. Breakfast, that’s delivered directly to your room, was delicious. Just an all around great stay in a perfect location. One thing to take note of is the 2 storeys of stairs that you have to climb to get to the receptionist desk. But worth it. "

"Beautiful hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and provided really excellent service.
