"In the amenities list when i pick the hotel said the room had AC and when we arrived the property have not AC they rent us a fan for 10€ per day and i think is not fair because they send me a message the check in day explaining me the rules of the property and the charges of each thing, and that’s not fair because i pick a property with the services they show in the beginning so i think is not fair, the rest is a good place in a very good barcelona area."

"Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen, für das wir bezahlt haben. Es war deutlich kleiner und entsprach nicht den Bildern. Doch das war nicht das Hauptproblem. Die Zimmertür ließ sich nur von außen abschließen und öffnen – das bedeutete, dass wir die Tür nachts gar nicht abschließen konnten. Das hat uns ein ziemlich unsicheres Gefühl gegeben. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zwar sehr gut, aber das allein reicht leider nicht aus, um das Gesamterlebnis positiv zu bewerten. "

"De kamer was minimaal ingedeeld maar alles was aanwezig. Enkele zaken waren ook stuk zoals bvb de haardroger. Het ontbijtbuffet was voldoende maar geen afwisseling. Het koffieapparaat werkte goed maar de koffie was lauw. Er was enkel bemanning tussen 7:00 en 16:00 en men werkte met sleutels op de deur /voordeur. Wel een centrale ligging in de supermanzana."
