Traveling with two kids, beds in the same room, glass door bathroom without option to lock it.
Everything was great besides the fact of privacy.

Though rooms need some aesthetic and light maintenance attention, our stay was very good. Staff was exceptional to work with, location very convenient, at treated like family.

Very friendly, clean, convenient location with metro nearby and tons of eateries with shopping around. Will come back next time.

The location is amazing but the hotel is not 4 star for sure

Fabricio was great. He made sure we had everything we needed and didn’t miss out on anything nearby.
