Perfect location for those wanting to be central but well away from the Ramblas. 3min walk to Barceloneta metro line, so approximately 1hr 15mins from the airport if travelling by tube. We were able to check in at 12.00, which was great, so straight out for some shopping and lunch. Only thing we didn't like was being charged to drink coffee & bottled water in the room. We therefore did neither! Overall, highly recommended for a few days stay, as also close to the Barceloneta beach, park & numerous attractions.

We like the roof terrace, was good to see that the seating had been upgraded from when we stayed in 2022. The Jordi Cruz tapas restaurant Tens is a unique selling point too, the tasting menu is an experience you should try at least once. Very different to having the hotel breakfast in the same space

The room was adequate for our needs with a large bathroom that opened via a glass door to the bedroom. Room has a small closet, fridge and desk. Service was excellent and optional breakfast was great at a great price. Rooftop pool/deck gave a great view of the city and ample lounge chairs for relaxing for a self-supplied happy hour. This hotel was suggested bt Rick Steves in one of his episodes on Barcelona. I am very glad it took his advice. Surely would stay there again.

Loved this little gem!
Absolutely loved this hotel. It was close to walk to everything you need to in Gothic area, and has neighbors to some really cute tapas and cocktail bars. It was simple and clean, affordable. The area felt very safe, we were two 30 year old girls traveling— walked everywhere we needed to at all ours of the day and night. Very close to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location to gothic quarter easy cab ride to other attractions. Good breakfast friendly service. Great view from rooftop pool. A balcony room is definitely a must. Streets are lively through the night. The Italian restaurant next door is amazing. Aldi and lots of shops close by. The social club was a lifesaver. The Harbor area was full of tourist trap restaurants. The rule of thumb, if the menu is in multiple languages, the food is going to be lackluster.
