By far, the excellent service from everyone really stood out! Also, very central location - close to just about everything. Bus stop right out front. Mattresses a little hard but once I mentioned it they added a mattress topper that made it perfect. Very quiet, even though it's on a busy street. Lovely rooftop bar/pool is a very hip scene.

All of the staffs that we had contact with are all very helpful and friendly. Me and my wife was celebrating our year end holiday and this hotel made our holiday worthwhile. The location is terrific as it is in the city centre and almost all shopping are around the corner. Many nice restaurants within walking distance and housekeeping was awesome and polite

A stylish, warm, friendly hotel at the great location! We spent 6 nights here, and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Our Junior Deluxe Suite was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathtub was big. Barcelona was beyond our expectation. What an amazing city! Would love to go back before too long.

Hotel was excellent. Location and staff were amazing. I would however put some more lighting on stairs for mature guests as the black steps and walls can be too dark to navigate. Looking forward to returning again at a later date.

Visited in October. Wonderful stay - clean, modern, walkable to many restaurants and close to sightseeing. We weren’t far from the cruise port - just a quick taxi. The rooftop bar is amazing! The breakfast buffet exceptional! Stayed out until 8-9pm and felt safe.The staff were very professional and had excellent customer service and were multilingual. Can also exchange money at front desk.There is a restaurant in the hotel, but we ate out. Will certainly be back.
