I stayed for several consecutive nights, but the quality of service from the staff needs improvement. I understand that this place faces water scarcity, so to take a bath, I needed to request a bathtub plugger from the front desk. However, despite asking for it every day for three days in a row, I never received one. Additionally, the water in the room was supposed to be replenished daily, but on the second night, I had to call and remind them to provide fresh water. Besides, the hotel next door plays electronic music on the rooftop during weekends, lasting until around 11 or 12 at night. For those who are used to sleeping early, it’s practically impossible to fall asleep.

Everything is good except for the shower

The owner needs to change the keycard access system in rooms as ALL the guests were waiting at reception almost on a daily basis because the card would not work. Hence a lower rating. The staff tell me this has been going on for years and is not being corrected. The staff are amazing, competent in multiple language, helpful as much as they can be with a faulty access system. Breakfast was adequate, but I would book without breakfast and go out to have a meal/breakfast as none of the items tasted authentic. Close to Glories metro station and tram stop literally at the doorstep. easy access to ALL main stops within a 10-30 min metro ride. Quiet and peaceful at night. Safe area, felt comfortable even with late night walks. Cannot say the same about Rambla or Gothic quarters. Room was clean and so was toilet.
