I booked this thinking that it would be a luxury experience especially from Nobu. I did not like the hotel and the location and vacated after my 2 days of stay. It is expensive as well and not worth the price. It is a basic hotel with good beds and room amenities but I also look for the latest look in the hotels.

the property is great, it’s just in a very chaotic area. the hotel lobby is always crowded and loud, provides an anxious experience when entering and leaving.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nobu Hotel, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by both the bellman Justin/Justice and the receptionist Nichole from Canada. Justin/Justice was incredibly attentive, handling my luggage with care and ensuring that I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. His professionalism and friendly demeanor set the tone for a wonderful stay. Nichole was equally impressive, greeting me with a warm smile and efficiently handling my check-in. She provided all the necessary information with clarity and made sure I was comfortable with my room and amenities. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with any inquiries truly enhanced my experience. The staff at Nobu Hotel clearly go above and beyond to make guests feel special, and these two individuals are prime examples of that dedication. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service.

Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Paid for a deluxe room only to be put in a standard room. Was not very happy about that. Area was terrible. Lots of homeless and crazy people in the area. Be careful!
