A lovely hotel with good facilities. Some staff were very friendly but some weren’t too welcoming/friendly to me but I saw Spanish people being treated better, i put it down to staff being fed up with tourists.

Nice location, building windows need to be washed, A/C didnt work well and they give room without bath door handle. Everything else was ok.

Nice hotel, comfy bed and friendly staff. Had a sunbathe by the pool which was nice too.

This hotel and the "Level" staff were amazing. Antonino (Conceirge) was just the most amazing!!! He was there for us whenever needed and would do anything for his clientele. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and lots of choices. The hotel was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
