For the price, it’s great! The breakfast was amazing. Great variety. The bread was super fresh. No sofa or seating area or work space in the room or at the hotel. This would be my only complaint.

The hotel is good enough, the beds are comfortable and the room is very spacious. The room lacks a minibar and a safe box, though. The staff was friendly and the hotel is very quiet, both inside and outside, as it has soundproof windows. The A/C worked well and came in handy during our stay in the summer time. The neighborhood is nice, with enough restaurants and services around. The room was very clean, but I found hair in the bathroom when I first arrived and also after cleaning services. The hotel is within walking distance from two different metro stations, but even by subway it takes a long time to get to and from the train station, the city center and main tourist attractions, so keep that in mind if you're staying here.

El precio que me muestra en mi reservación en Expedia, no fue el mismo que me cobraron en el hotel. Me dijeron que la diferencia era problema de ustedes y no de ellos. Que pagara y después pidiera solución a Expedia. Fatal la experiencia!

Hola,Tras revisión confirmarle que el precio que le cobramos a usted es el mismo que nos aparece en Expedia.Su reserva aparecía a 145 EUR tanto en Expedia como en nuestro sistema, que fue lo que se le cobró. Además, Booking especifica el pago de 1,32 en el precio final debido a que son las tasas turísticas (impuesto en Cataluña) el cual es de pago obligatorio en alojamientos turísticos.De no ser así, si sigue teniendo algo que comentarnos estaríamos encantados de atenderle en: H6410@ACCOR.COMPara nosotros tanto el trato con el cliente, como la trasparencia a nivel comercio son esenciales.
