The hotel is not walkable to any of the main tourist sites. The hotel staff were unfriendly, we had our first night in a room with no airconditioning and the night hotel manager gave a lame story that it was usually how it works during winter, aircon is off and told us to open the window instead. Smell of sewerage coming out of the bathroom and they kept convincing us there is nothing wrong until on day 2 where we kept insisting for a room change, they very hesitantly transferred us to another room where the aircon WAS WORKING. There are no coffee/ tea facilities or small fridge unlike other Ibis hotels. Everytime you ask a question to staff they were arrogant and made us feel unwelcome. Only one of them understood what being in hospitality means.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The staff was courteous. The hotel is near the shopping center (3 mins. walking), park and other commercial businesses (restaurants, stores), and metro rail station (10-15 mins).

The hotel is in a convenient location, between two shopping malls and within walking distance to two metro stations. However, the staff was not very friendly, and the amenities in the guest room are bare minimum.

Close to work location - surrounded by hills; seemed safe even past 11:00 pm around the property

The air conditioning did not work. The maintenance of the room was not the best. No wash cloths. No clean comforter.
