El lugar esta buenisimo, el staff atiende muy bien y el edificio es hermoso.
El problema es que no puedes cobrar 22€ por un desayuno si tu hotel esta al aldo del Raval, tampoco cobrar 3,5€ por lavar un par de medias.
Entiendo que es un hotel de cadena, pero tiene precios irrisorios para el lugar donde se encuentra.

The hotel itself and our hotel was perfect. Very modern, clean and with a playful vibe. The hotel itself seemed to be located at the edge of a not so desirable area. We didn’t feel unsafe during the day, but would probably not want to walk around when it’s dark.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel. Excellent breakfast! Good AC. Helpful staff. Area around hotel is a bit off tourist attractions, getting in and out requires taxi or walking 10-12 minutes from Rambla through not so desirable area .

It is a very comfortable and modern place, with spacious rooms. Staff is friendly and patient. The area is not exactly the best of Barcelona, as it is more of a working class area, but the hotel is close to the city center and the port within walking distance. A metro station is just outside the hotel, so it is very convenient.
