Excellent hotel, staff very kind and professional. Javier, the general manager would go out of his way to help us.
The restaurant was pretty good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Close to public transport. Very clean and lovely rooms. I was dissapointed as we stayed here for my wifes 40th birthday and for our 20 year anniversary. I emailed the hotel and made them aware and they said they would put chocolates in the room. I also explained that we dont drink alcohol. On arrival we were given a voucher for 2 free drinks even though I had let them know we dont drink. In our room there was a complimentary bottle of wine which we ignored. They did not leave any chocolate and there was no acknowledgement to the birthday or anniversary. The hotel was very noisy as all sounds echo and there was no iron.
