The location is excellent. Got free upgraded to a bigger room. Staff is very helpful and nice.
But can hear sound from corridor, shower cabinet has water leakage. Others are all fine, bedding is comfortable.

No VIP treatment received just gave me the card of vip. No early check-in or check out

In the heart of Las Ramblas. Very walkable but there’s a lot of construction.
