We have been to a more beautiful hotel in Mexico but the staff at Casa Sagnier elevate it to the top of the list. In particular we would like to mention Melania and Mercedes as they go above what is expected.

Very nice historic hotel and great staff. Everything was excellent. The gym area was small, however.

This hotel was just fabulous. It was in an amazing location, walkable to so many different sites, restaurants, and shopping. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. The restaurant is so nice and it’s a great spot. I would go back again and again.

An absolutely exquisite hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating as I arrived early, they made my room available. An absolute joy. I will definitely be returning soon. Muchos gracias.
