Great hotel near the metro in Barcelona. The breakfast was amazing. Area felt safe and was easily walkable also.

There were a few issues in the restaurant and it took sone hkurs to fix the air conditioning on our floor. The hotel was modern, clean and the staff generally helpful.

The property was very clean and modern. The staff was excellent throughout the property.
I ordered a two bed room and received a one king sized bed. The safe in our room did not work.

Wow. Just returned from three nights at Barcelona Universal Hotel. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The restaurant/breakfast was lovely. Staff were so helpful. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you
