Arts is still the best in Barcelona. Rooms are getting a bit outdated but they are working on renewals. Lovely staff and the spa is perfect.

We booked a panoramic room with sea view and they tried to give us a signature room with partial view right next to the construction and the elevator for the construction. The hotel is under construction, even on Sunday you have noise. They told that rooms are not available because of the construction. Finally we got another room with a great view but only on the 6th floor out of 43 floors. I specifically asked for upper floor in advance but it was fully ignored. Staff is very posh and sometimes we felt that they didn’t want to help us with tickets to sightseeing or at the spa.

The room was very dated and was not user friendly. The light system was really weird. We had a sea view but it was obstructed by the large framework outside. There was two elevators you had to take to get out and the air freshener they had was extremely strong and not natural. Was not what we expected and can’t say we would stay again. Just our preference and not our style.

The staff at the hotel are excellent; efficient, polite, discreet and so attentive. We were so impressed. They offered a proper customer high level of service.

This hotel checked all the boxes for my family holiday in Barcelona. Beautiful and clean rooms with scenic views - the expanse of the city on one side and the sea on the other. The staff is attentive, kind and eager to help. There's a shuttle that runs into city for daytime excursions. And beach access for guests - I was pleased that the hotel allowed us to take our pool towels to the beach. There's a little store across the street for sunscreen, toiletries, etc. And there are a dozen amazing restaurants a short walk away. Hotel management went above and beyond to help me curate a memorable experience for my family. I will be back.
