Excellent location , easy walking distance to different highlights spots of gaudi . Supermarket next to it . Information provided to tourists is well rounded , will recommended to friends ..

Great place to stay! Clean room and ours had a balcony that we loved. Great location and very nice staff! Would stay here again

While communication went well as did check in; the room was horrible; not as shown. No air conditioning, lack of bedding. The entrance to the main building was filthy with the smell of sewer. It was not at all as pictured.

Dear guest,Thank you for your review.The air conditioning works throughout all our establishment and in some rooms it is centralized and in the superior category it is individual. In your case, the room also has a ceiling fan. The building is more than 100 years old and is part of the architectural culture of the city. It is a shame that you did not want to rate it. We find this negative rating incredible for just one night. Surely it was influenced by the fact that you wanted a refund of a small part paid months ago and you were already told that this amount already paid was non-refundable. You were already perfectly informed both by Expedia and the Hotel.We sincerely find your comment disrespectful and we do not deserve it.Regards

This hotel does not have air conditioning in each room. It was 27 degrees in our room and we had no choice to stay at another hotel. They claim that they are not allowed to provide air conditioning colder than 27 degrees because of a Spanish law. However, the law only applies to public spaces and does not cover hotelrooms. Indeed, I was able to find another hotel in Barcelona that had air conditioning and we were able to have a temperature colder than 27 degrees. Despite using a deceiptful listing to attract bookings, they did not refund our stay.

Dear guest,You had private air conditioning in your room. You just have to control the air with the remote control that you have in your room...Where is the problem??.Next time you should be more ethical with your comments because what you say about your room is totally false.

We traveled around Spain. This is the only place where the owner charged us extra $10 per night when we check in. He said that was for government, and asked for cash payment.

The payment of 9,36 is the tourist city tax and must be paid for the Government when you sleep in Barcelona. If you see the details of your reservation youll see it.
