From Chen in to check out I had an enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Only downfall was that it was a pretty steep walk to the Metro station. It’s kind of places in the middle of nowhere. It’s about a 10 mins walk from a shopping mall an that was awesome. Aside from that, this Hotel was clean, quiet and if you’re not as picky as me regarding the distance from the metro station lol then it’s a great place to be!

Very well run, clean and modern Holiday Inn hotel. Reception staff went the extra mile to help, after we were redirected to Barcelona after Valencia flooding, and were exceptionally helpful. Location is not great ... well outside the city center, in an industrial region. So if you need to commute to see the sights of Barcelona, expect a lot of taxi bills! (Around E50 a pop). Apart from that, very nice place to stay ... recommended.

While checking in at the lobby, our carry on suitcase was stolen. It was visible on their security camera. They did absolutely nothing!
Breakfast needs to be set at 6:30 AM, not 7:00 AM. Many of us were taking tours and needed breakfast at 6:30 AM.
