This was a miscommunication from Expedia that its a 5 star hotel. Mixing it up with its sister hotel which is next to it Hyat Residency. Even the pictures were mixed where it showed Hyat instead of Hysperia Fira apartments on the booking page.
The hotel itself was nice and clean but I of course have to report the wrong thing here.
I dont know if Hysperia wants it that way to have more people or this is Expedia's mistake in uploading the wrong photos and listing wrong info.

No receptionist at property so no one to complain to about other guests who were noisy at all hours

They have a very bad smell in their pipes, the apartment smelled like sewage all the time... not at all pleasant. You have to check in in the hotel tag is separate from these apartments and then when you go to check out I even had problems getting the Bellboy sent...

We stayed 3 nights,
No housekeeping services, changing the towel cost 20e which is more than the towels it self. AC is controlled by the hotel which is too hot to sleep. Construction works start from 8 am which is totally noisy and cannot sleep

Overall enjoyed the experience, design of the shower didn't really make sense. Consistently flooding the entire bathroom.

Comfy stay in Barcelona.

Excelentes apartamentos, no hay opciones de comida o negocios cerca en el área después de las 20hrs.
