The Staff and Facility was Awesome. Across the street from the get on get off bus which was convenient.

Great location. Very safe. Wish hotel gave us water every day. And conditioner ran out but no one checked.

We spent 8 days at the grand Hyatt: it was overall great. The food was was amazing minus the American bar tender that came with an attitude. He serve the other people at the bar before prioritizing our drink order placed earlier by the waiter. It was unprofessional behavior and he kept conversing with the other customers despite asking for our drinks.

The pool was beautiful. I did expect complimentary breakfast which was not available. That was the only disappointment
