Our stay was amazing from the moment we got off our taxi we were impressed by the charm of the hotel the room were clean and comfortable the hotel is in a nice location close to nice restaurants and all the nice shopping and the area very safe to walk at night or day the staff was super friendly and helpful, very professional and polite. we will definitely stay there on our next trip the Barcelona. 5 stars hotel

Really cool experience

Very unique place. This was certainly an expensive apartment building that was build about 100 years ago. And now the hotel took over and made each apartment a modern suite. We had a front facing two bedroom with small kitchen and large dinning room. The place has a beautiful roof top
And we purchased the breakfast which came as room service. The one negative is that we stayed during a very hot time, the Ac is rather weak only went down to 16. The service was amazing, anything we wanted was attended to.

Excellent customer service. They make you feel special and are attentive to guest needs. They resolved issues that came up in a satisfactory manner. Carla was courteous and professional.

Wonderful palace in the center of the city!

Lights control did not work . Unable to switch on and off the light (basic) first night slept with lights on second night had to switch if from power distribution board. Staff where not abro to fix
A/C did not work even after telling several times that room was very hot staff where not able to fix
(Seems it is one for all building not individual
Units )
After trying several (more than 25 times ) impossible to reach by phone to reception desk had always to go down and speak face to face
Noise when metro passes by vibrations are felt throughout property
Nobody contacted after all this complaints
