Not sure what might have happened in one years time but house keeping is certainly an issue. Staff at times seemed indifferent and last but not least the room we had is in need of new furniture. Tables, desk severely scratched, sofa bed needs to be replaced.
But, for me the best was who ever the genius was that a good idea to put the bathroom door right in front of the toilet and lets not forget the door stop in front of the toilet so for those os us that need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night good luck with your toes🙈

I loved the cotton house hotel, I recommend it and would stay there again. The staff were very friendly and the concierge was fantastic. The terrace / bar / restaurant area were all amazing. The room has everything you need, I think maybe the only thing is that the place needs a bit of an update, and in my opinion the lobby area could be a bit bigger. But again, it was a great stay and loved all the history and themes of the design!
