The location of the hotel is good. Walking distance to most popular attractions. Also there many restaurants near the hotel. The staff is very helpful. The drawback is there is no elevator. Inside the our room, the
floor is not level. We had to walk down a few steps to go to the washroom which I think it's hazardous especially in the middle of the night.

I would've liked non-clear walls for the toilet, and have it not in the middle of the room, with little sound protection, but otherwise I was very happy with this property!

Great hotel. Different but cool. Great coffee, couches and water in large community room. Not for everyone but we loved it.

Staff was very helpful. Interesting room design. El Born district is a chic section with lots of cute shops, bars and restaurants.
