The location was great, walkable to public transportation. The staff was friendly and the room was good. The only issue was the construction that was going on around the hotel, which seemed like a common occurrence based on guests I talked to. Also, the drainage was very slow (sink and shower), it would easily flood and would have to constantly turn off the water to let it drain before usage again.

Arrived before check in time no room was available Went grabbed a bite to eat came back our rooms were ready/bags brought up to our room(no wait) Nice size room & bathroom for 4 people our room came with 2 balconies that we enjoyed. The only negative no time to enjoy the pool lol this is a Great place staff - Nice/Friendly & helpful Location- within walking distance to market/restuarants/shop & a whole more didn’t need a cab till check out when we were headed to our cruise I’ll definitely stay here again

Service was exemplary. Every staff member was great but Xavier went above and beyond since we arrived. This was 5 star service all the way. Location is great and room is very clean, spacious and the shower was amazing. The hotel restaurant is very good as well as the pool side cafe. We ate at both facilities. They offer a breakfast buffet but we prefer a lighter breakfast so we did not eat from the breakfast buffet.

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel—from the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized service throughout my stay. The room was spotless, elegantly decorated, and offered a stunning view. Every staff member was attentive and genuinely kind, making me feel valued. The breakfast buffet was delicious and diverse, and the spa treatment was incredibly relaxing. This is my second time in this hotel and I love it, rooms are big,clean and beautiful! Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions,restaurants,bars,metro stations etc I am definitely going back, the hotel is very convenient.

Nice location and good food also great facilities and nice service. Hope can open one slot indoor pool for the kids during the winter time. The kids was a little disappointed about the outside pool in this cold weather.
