Great location just a few minutes walk from Las Ramblas. Fabulous staff, very informative behind the front desk. Really nice full breakfast every day. Price was reasonable.

Excellent hotel and service overall. Unusual bathroom layout which was located by the main room windows… just curtained off from bedroom area. No ac, mini fridge, or coffeemaker and also no tv channels on the tv (only a tv monitor to project shows from personal mobile devices). There is WiFi, a small safe and open shelving for clothes. The toilet is at the room entryway which is a nice enclosed room with a door, while the sink and bathroom facilities are on the other side of the bedroom area. The room is comfortable and I had to sleep with the window open since there was no ac. At night it could get noisy with the window open. The lower level of the hotel had a really nice work space, meeting area and breakfast cafe, and there’s a small rooftop pool with seating and a bar on the rooftop terrace.

Average hotel, staff very friendly but have limited resources and forget what you ask for, example I asked for a second pillow, I was told no problem, so I thought great all good and they said they’d put it in the room, but after dinner we came back to no extra pillow, tried again the next day, this time ended up with a pillow, but it was only a half a size pillow, I thought pillows were standard in hotels ?
We were also given a dorma room with a spiral staircase, nice and clean but wouldn’t advise it with a couple that are nearly 60 !
We stayed for four nights, first night the Aircon worked perfectly, every other night after that the Aircon was only a heater, we asked for it to be looked at, only to be told the whole hotel had been switched to winter mode so we couldn’t have Aircon, I think that every single person in the hotel was moaning about it because we had to have the windows open and the noise was unbearable.
Hotel was in a decent location and the staff were very friendly, they tried their best, but their hands were tied, the place needs a bit of management.
