I would not call this a hotel. There are no towel changes, nor sheets. 4 people had to share same towels for 1 week. The trash from the room had to be removed and walked across the street after check out, failure to do so, would result in a deposit charge, because apparently cleaning person doesn't take trash out. The hotel is close to the ocean, which is what we were looking for. The pool idea is cool, but tiny.

Decent location. Checking in was quite difficult. Only provide one towel per person, there is a washing machine but you need to buy your own washing machine tablets. You’re on a limited hot water meter. One pillow per person.

Too noisy, there are no rules. Don’t respect the sleeping time of orhers

If you have a chance, look for another hotel.

It is not a bad location: it is about 3 minutes to the subway station and 10 minutes to get to the beach. That's about all the advantages of this hotel. Much more about disadvantages: most idiotic self-check-in procedure I've ever met (you have to pass it in another hotel in another part of the city), you must read intently the hotel's conditions not to be extra charged, a combination of iron furniture + cement floor will give you unforgettable squeaking sounds, window in the toilet that allows everyone to admire your profile sitting on the toilet, bloody cold floor, etc. So if you have a chance, look for another hotel.
