Disappointment

We were very disappointed with this stay. The check in experience was a true nightmare. Staff was very rude, and apparently we had to go to another location almkat 30 minutes away to do the check in. The apartment was not the cleanest one. They charge you extra for fresh towels, and they expect you to take out the trash yourself otherwise they will charge you for this also. I would not recommebd anybody to stay here.

I would not call this a hotel. There are no towel changes, nor sheets. 4 people had to share same towels for 1 week. The trash from the room had to be removed and walked across the street after check out, failure to do so, would result in a deposit charge, because apparently cleaning person doesn't take trash out. The hotel is close to the ocean, which is what we were looking for. The pool idea is cool, but tiny.

Decent location. Checking in was quite difficult. Only provide one towel per person, there is a washing machine but you need to buy your own washing machine tablets. You’re on a limited hot water meter. One pillow per person.
