My husband and I loved the decor. The staff was friendly. The elevator was amazing.

One of the best hotel beds I've ever slept on!!! We upgrade our superior room to the deluxe for 12 euros, & it was very much worth it. The room was a pink/purple color scheme which we loved, the bed was the most comfortable bed we've EVER slept in, and the balcony had an AMAZING view. Our room was very clean & comfortable. I wished we had stayed more days here just to relax. Also, right outside the hotel on the corner, was a taxi spot so it was super easy for us to catch a taxi. It was also within 5 minute walking distance to the metro. We didn't do the breakfast option, so not sure how breakfast is.

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The rooms are small but the layout works well. It would be helpful if the room descriptions could include something about the view from the room. Our 'superior' room had a window that didn't open and that looked out on a small enclosed shaft from which no daylight was visible. The hotel is a half hour walk to the Sagrada Familia and same distance to the port. The parking nearby is 24€ per night with the hotel discount and it is safe and clean. Notwithstanding it being in the Low Emission Zone, we were able to drive our rental car in and out of the city without trouble, but we'll have to wait until we return the car to see if we got any penalties.

It was a nice place. I would probably stay there again, but the door on our patio. The lock was broken, so we couldn't lock the door the entire time

Staff was really helpful , the breakfast was great, location is good for traveler , supermarket and restaurant nearby, walkable distance to subway station, highly recommend

We booked a total of 7 nights however since we flew from North America, it was an innocent error that we got the ETA mixed up and we arrived one day late. We still checked into the hotel for the remainder of our stay and we begged/pled the hotel to waive the one night no show charge coz someone could lose their job for this error! But even when Expedia tried to help negotiate, the hotel showed zero empathy and insisted to charge the few hundred dollars and who cares if someone was to lose their job?! In today's world, money/profit should really not be everything, empathy, understanding, forgiveness and kindness should all come before a few hundred dollars. Personally I would never recommend this hotel ever and I hope whomever reads this will stay away from them.
