The staff at reception, bar and restaurant is excellent, very attentive and helpful. The room clean and comfort, and quiet. All áreas that I visited were clean and habe signs all around.

Well, to start our room was a joint room,(not what we booked for months ago)
inconveniently, located across from the elevators single door and the minute we walked in you could hear their TV and them talking and not loudly.
And the room was so hot luckily their window does open. Tried the AC and didn’t work so we called down and said they turned it off because it’s winter.
Then, later on in the evening, the noise in the hallway started from about 9 PM to about midnight and the people in the adjoined room came back and we could hear them and then in the morning we could actually hear their alarm go off.
Beds were extremely firm/hard, bathroom had no face cloths just one hand towel.
The only reason you’d wanna stay here is the convenience of shuttle bus to the airport.
