The room was lovely and the communication from the hotel with regards to the restaurant was good. The restaurant and bar were very nice great area, breakfast was lovely. My only complaint was on arrival they charged me again even though I had prepaid, there was also a separate deposit of €150 which you don’t get credited back for 3-4 days. I paid the bill as I did not have my glasses on me but when I unpacked translated the bill to English I realised what had happened and returned to reception. They did refund me but should have been unnecessary. Also as a note the Spa is not included it appears the amount you pay depends on what room you have. Overall a nice hotel stay.

En rénovation, chambre sympa (un peu vétuste), personnel très gentil, super massage, spa à revoir (hammam fermé et personne ne prévient), bon petit déjeuner

Nice hotel in French Alps

Posted 1 Aug 2024 on HotelsChambre pour 3 personnes.Rangement limité.Salle de bain minuscule.Restauration en travaux. Spa payant.Piscine n’existe pas !.Personnel très agréable. Pas de vue sur montagne . Pas de frigo dans la chambre !!!
