They had no clue about the reservation. We had disability issues and were stranded at the reception for more than an hour as they couldn't find the reservation on their system.

Posted 14 Feb 2018Very welcoming, easy to find, perfect location from airport, restaurant is reasonable price and tasty, room was very comfortable, staff were helpful, and breakfast was lovely. An easy way to settle in Kolkata quickly.
