If they fix up the place it won't be so bad

Toile was broken. No water most of the day. Toile tank leaking. Breakfast was poor quality and Cold.

I loved that is was close by to everything, you could walk if you wanted too, but it does get dark at night so we just rode a tricycle. Some complaints would be that our shower wasn't functioning properly as it would shut off within one minute of turning it on. And the bathroom would clog, therefore stinking up the room if you didn't close the door. Also our hotel door didn't close like the other doors, making it easy for anyone to go in. Nothing was stolen while we were gone, so I'm happy. The rest of the hotel was clean and it was maintained throughout the day. Although simple, I loved the free coffee. The staff were polite, but one person didn't know how to extend our day, so I just booked it online. I would recommend staying here.

Massive coaches everywhere, so we left immediately, refund declined cause manager wasn't on-site. No response to emails. Terrible behaviour.

Comfortable room with balcony

We only stayed here one night before heading to Coron, but the staff was super helpful and the room was large for SE Asia. We also had a nice balcony with a view over the village!

Employees friendly. I provided a list of 10 significant problems second day addresses to manager. Never heard back. Couldn't shower for 2 days {no pressure..no hot} . No internet. No TV. No breakfast. No air con controller. No chairs. The place is a maintenance disgace. They have no right to charge as though all is ok. Still waiting to hear some sort of explanations and yet people keep booking in unwittingly.! 😔

The location was great and the room was very affordable. There was a television in the lobby if you wanted to watch tv.
