The property was centrally located, and allowed me to access many shops and malls in the Pasay area. The property was comfortable, and the extra cooking space allowed me to prepare meals in the condo. Alexa assisted me in expediting my check in, and Cora provided extra linen during my stay. Both Alexa and Cora were great to work with. I will stay at this property in the future.

What I love the most is the swimming pool with long walk way inside the property, easy access to convenient store (food court) and the cleanliness.👍

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to MOA and MOA arena. The place was bright and cozy. Will definitely come back again.

It was the best unit I've stayed in Sea/Shell Res so far. The communication was excellent and were very accomodating of early check in if needed. They contacted me for early check in as soon as the earlier guests checked out early. I will definitely stay here again.

This apartment was very dirty have pictures of all dirty blood on bed towels dirty toilet dirty bathroom sink dirty room dirty... was no one to complain to had clean myself horrible place no one at ebookers to ask to move left in a dirty place to stay for two weeks I’m very unhappy
