We stayed here for 3 night. It is now one of our favorite places. The food was exceptional. The staff was one of the best.

After a long 16-hour flight, I was immediately checked in, which was a relief. I had access to the Executive Floor, where the afternoon treats and cocktail hours were perfect for unwinding. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the room was incredible, though slightly dated—rugs and carpets could use replacement or a deep clean. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, and service was consistently excellent, as expected from The Conrad. The gym, while a bit basic, was clean and had enough equipment to meet my needs. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Despite the attractive promise of a sea view, there is construction ongoing for a man-made island aimed at building additional malls, condominiums, and an international cruise terminal. It should be clearly stated on the website that the infinity swimming pool is exclusively for guests staying in the presidential suite. Transparency and clarity in the information provided are essential.
