I booked this for my sister and cousin as it's the nearest hotel to Moa Arena. I was happy when I learned that they are connected to the venue. It was an easy check in and check out.

everything is good except the first night those robes kinda stink

I liked how attentive the staff was to my every need and they were quick to address any concerns I had. The Conrad is conveniently connected to MOA which made my shopping experience smooth. Also, there are several restaurants within Conrad Manila that catered to my every need. The only thing that I didn’t like was that my room had several functional difficulties including the bathroom sliding door getting stuck and my blinds having mechanical issues. However, staff worked quick to try and rectify the issues. Thank you to the staff at Conrad.

On Expedia, I chose a room for 2 that included breakfast; but when I got there they said you have to pay extra if breakfast is for more than 1 person. So watch out for that. Also, the hotel was not very accomodating for things like early check-in or late check-out. Many tourists have international flights that arrive early in the morning or depart late at night. A first class hotel would be ready for that and regard it as a foreseeable circumstance.
