"An outside construction was in progress during my stay. Quite unpleasant, just outside of my window. At the arrival, I received a bottle of Italian Frizzante, as an apology. Nice gesture. "Room was nice but bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The bed was too hard and divided in two and both were horrible. I requested a Queen bed. The hotel is next to subway and tram so that’s very good."

"We had the 3 bedroom suite, great reception, fully equipped accommodation, clean and great location. Probably wouldn’t bother with breakfast though as not on site so could have tried different restaurants rather than eating at same place everyday."
