Cleanliness could be way better of the rooms as well as the pool and the condition of the furniture.

Not much of a selection for breakfast. Apples were the only fruit option.
Biscuits premade from sams or somewhere like that, hard and cold.
Bed hard as a rock.
Trash out in hallway next door to our room when we checked in, more trash added to it. Was never picked up while we we're there. Same room radio blaring all night, banging on the walls. The only thing i could figure was the owners/ help lived in that room, because our linens and room was made up after first night. We will find another place to stay the next time we visit.

It was a great room, with plenty of room to move around in, it was clean, the beds comfortable and the Breakfast was excellent.
