It was a great room, with plenty of room to move around in, it was clean, the beds comfortable and the Breakfast was excellent.

Staff was quite helpful and went above and beyond when they heard that I had misplaced my keys. Joshua Lancasten was a great help.

The room hasn’t had a full deep clean in awhile there’s so much built up dust around the baseboards and behind the night stands I was scared to fall asleep knowing that spiders leave there won’t stay there again. It’s not that hard to move a piece of furniture and clean behind it and also the fridge was also dirty

Booked the stay on Expedia. Front desk acknowledged Expedia booking. Next day turned in keys and asked for receipt showing zero balance. Clerk said nothing owed, get a receipt from Expedia. Checked my credit card later and discovered they knowingly double-billed me! Called the front desk and asked for a refund from Best Western and got the run-around, twice. Same thing happened at another Best Western in OH. Won't use Best Western again. Watch Out!

I apologize on behalf of my team here for charging your cc when you checked in instead of the virtual cc. Sometimes it is overlooked that a reservation is a prepaid one. I see we did refund your card. I am sorry for the inconvenience. I really hope you will come back and give us another chance in the future.

It was a clean, quiet place to stay! Staff was friendly! Close to food and shopping!
