This is a great location and nice facilities. There were a few bumps in the process, but that is expected with a newer property. These seemed to be related more to the fact that we booked through Expedia instead of the property. The staff was extremely helpful in sorting it out and helping us feel comfortable.

Pleasant memories of a hotel by the sea

Very comfortable hotel right on the beach. Amazing views of the sea and mountains from the room. Free beach for hotel residents. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Sea water pool for children. At first, we settled in a very old room, but at our request, they found another one, which we were very pleased with. There is only one drawback: there is no elevator :) The administration responded very quickly and promptly to any requests. Thanks to all! Special thanks to Ivanna!

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is outdated the beds do not have real mattresses. The towels are old and dirty. Please do not get food and stay here!

Forget this place if you want a good holiday!

This place is awful. They confirmed the booking. I was not supposed to re-confirm. However, I sent them a text at 8pm that I would arrive at 9pm as a courtesy. The owner responded at 8.36pm that he sold my room because the check-in was until 8pm. The reception hours are until 10pm by the booking site! The receptionist was rude and very unpolitely stated that they had no more rooms. Obviously they sold my room for more money. Do not trust this place! I ended up running around town at 9pm with 2 small kids to find a room to sleep. They do not take credit card, no parking, and very difficult to find and approach. Avoid it

Dear Andrea,Our check in policy here on site is clearly indicated to be till 8pm.You messaged us on day of arrival after 8pm, and nobody was able to respond since we closed. It is not our fault you not reading check in procedures. Since you did not stay with us because you arrived after check in time, we will ask expedia to remove this comment as irrelevant.

Thanks Sir William for your review. We are completely shocked by your review since we offered you blankets and lower floor apartment once you asked about it. We are sorry if your mother in law ruined your vacation but we have noting to do with it... We understand that you were a bit angry because we did not allow to cancel Non-Refundable reservation free of charge. Our opinion is that we should not receive such review because of that.
