"This is not a typical hotel but rather a serviced apartment company which rents several rooms for short-term stay. There are no signs on the building and no reception or lobby. You will need to call a Chinese number and a person will pick you from the entrance, guide you upstairs to an office and then assign you a room. "Love it. The hotel is quite new, small, more like a boutique. Clean, neat design, room is compact with good layout. If you've been on a cruise before, you will find the familiarities. And THE BED, I mean capital, real king size and super comfortable. The toilet is very fancy. The onsite bar is small but has expected drinks, from coffee to some mean cocktails. Staff can communicate basic English which is sufficient enough. Great location, metro stations are around 500m either sides, walking distance to main attractions. All in all, it's like a sample size of a usual Marriott if you want to try out the brand. Can be also a good choice if you're on a smaller budget but still want to enjoy Marriott's amenities and services."

"Negative: though not the hotel’s fault but something to keep in mind. Some of the hotel guests can be a bit rude and self centered. I was next inline for check in but a hotel guest just walk right up to the counter from the side as I was about to take my turn. I also noticed some hotel guests can be very loud. I have stayed at this hotel twice to date and it happened twice. Positive: the manager at the hotel did a nice job of handling my situation when I was checking in. She was professional and friendly and even offered for her staff to help me with my bags. The hotel is across the ST from a nice mall, in a good location, clean and the guest rooms are spacious. I had a chance to meet the housekeeper. His name is Mr. Zhai, Peng, a young fellow and friendly. He did a nice job on the housekeeping. "
