Adequate but won't be my first pick

First of all, the room's back door (sliding doors opening to a shared swimming pool just outside) didn't close properly -- it wouldn't close completely, always leaving a small gap in between... imagine all the little bugs and geckos that could crawl right through (it goes without saying this was actually a security hazard). In the end I switched to the room next door, but its door was only marginally better, and overall the room (especially the bathroom) was uncomfortable because it just felt poorly built -- the bathroom door squeaked, and the room had too many hidden corners for geckos to hide (you'd have to listen to them chant all night). there were also gecko poo and stains everywhere (on the bathroom counter, for example).

It is a beautiful place i love the beautiful scenery gardens and the cool weather. Just love the place i have stayed there before and I will stay there again if i go to Banyuwangi tkank you Grand Harvest

Excellent place to stay
Posted 27 Apr 2019 on HotelsExcellent place to stay, very nice room, just a little issue with the shower, but the receptionnist gives us the key of another room to use the shower. Very good situation for few nights before climbing Ijen vulcano. The rooms are surrounded by a lot of very beautiful vegetation and trees, and our room was in front of a rice field. very peacefull and romantic place for nature lovers. Staff is very nice, gentle and with a very strong sense of service.

A special mention goes to Kiky & Henry, the reception team, who went over and above their call of duty to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was a good spread. We stayed in one of the new rooms, which were very spacious.
