Only “One” Negative Thing

"While we do recommend this hotel because of the wonderful staff and very friendly people. The only one bad thing was the very hard bed. The bed felt like a soft floor with a thin mattress, but the staff was super great."

"We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow.
