The hotel lobby looked good but when we got to our rooms, there was musty smell even in the hallways. The rooms are dark and uncomfortable. The rooms had molds, there was no cable tv. Their pool and recreation area were non-operational, which was misleading since their website is outdated and didn't mention any of these information.

Terrible. The room was very dirty and dusty. The room smelled bad and musty. There was a layer of dust on everything inside the room. The water heater in the shower was not functioning. One of the lights in the bathroom was not working. If there was lower rating than 1 star, I would have given it. I would never stay there again.

Booked the hotel because of the swimming pool facilities. Dissapointed upon check in was informed that it’s not available for use.

They didnft give us the right rooms ( 2 king size beds). The floor at the lobby was so dusty. Breakfast was not what we expected/ ordered. Beds / pillows were not comfy. Towels were old/ worn out. Nowhere to place the shampoo and soap inside the shower area. Really bad experience.

Excellent place to stay for a btl udget. Very accomodating and friendly staff who assisted with all our request without delays, especially when we had an unexpected early check in the wee hours in the morning. Very conveniently location along the national highway, making hard to miss and just a tricycle ride away from the main city area. Overall very satisfied with our stay given the low budget and big props to the outstanding hotel staff assistance & service.
