Amazing hotel with fancy suites (two rooms). The rooms are very clean, and every day every guest gets a chocolate ball, and water bottle. The hotel is at the entrance to Bansko a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the Old Center. The hotel has free nearby parking. Not all staff speaks English but everyone is eager to help. Breakfast is rich and very good. There is a spa center, which includes a heated pool, hot tub and saunas.

Really nice. Spa needs extended hours.

Buffet breakfast during the weekend was great, it's a shame it wasn't available on Monday where a la carte with significantly smaller choice was offered. Spa closes too early - at 8pm so if you like evening massage they book 6 or 7pm latest which I personally find weird - too early to eat before massage, too relaxed to dress up to go out and eat after. Services should be at least until 10pm.
