Posted 27 Aug 2023 on HotelsRoom was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Quiet hotel and I slept well. What makes this hotel special is the excellent spa with infrared, sauna, hot tub, and pool. Make time to enjoy these features.

Be aware of reservations being changed by hotel!
Posted 21 Jun 2023 on HotelsWas moved to Belvedere hotel last three days after I paid to stay at Amira. I was told they had sports team and moved me to Belvedere which was terrible. They offered free meals to compensate for the move which instead gave 90 in Bulgarian currency for me moving. Other hotel had sports team parting all night no central air and had no sleep. Checked out two days early and moved to 5 star hotel which was not much more than I paid. Lost money but gained sleep and Kempinski hotel has gained new customer.
