Travelling along with my senior citizen mom and my very young son during the cold December month, we had special needs in both rooms we had booked. The hotel manager Mr. Anuj went out of his way in making sure that our needs were very well met, even though our stay was just for 1 night. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms clean and tidy. Their morning breakfast...

We got help with every problem we had, eg. getting a SIM-card, leaving our luggage after check in, getting my friends shoes fixed, etc. We booked a day package from the hotel (incl. car). Our guide (Mahindra - hope I spell your name right) was excellent, he answered all our question about language, culture, history etc., he even cooked us his favourite meal (goat-stew) at night after finding out we would like to try real local cuisine. We really felt very welcome....

"i was in a shock when i reached the place. There is some kind of renovation going on in the hotel but that is no excuse for what I went through. Firstly the small lobby area and the area leading to the lift is in total shambles. I was given a room with jacuzzi but the jacuzzi tub was as soon as u enter the room. I was wondering who puts a jacuzzi in the bedroom as soon as u enter the room. There was a terrible stench eminanting from the jacuzzi. If that was not enough the shower had a problem...
